Nutrition services are designed to keep residents healthy, fit and feeling fine. Participants will be convinced that eating healthy is easy whether they are a new mom, have special dietary needs, or just want to feel their best.
WIC provides nutrition education, health care referral, breastfeeding support and supplemental nutritious foods to pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children (under the age of five years old) who meet income and medical guidelines.
These services include Immunizations, Adult Primary Care, Migrant Farmworker Program, Family Planning, STD/Communicable Disease, and other services for the protection of the community's overall health.
This section helps prevent the spread of disease by assuring that the public is protected from environmental disease spread by unvaccinated, dangerous, and/or wild animals.
