Child Health
Services:
Involves all aspects of pediatric assessment and
healthcare for patients under the age of 17.

Senior
Services:
This division provides in-home care to elderly and disabled
individuals wishing to remain at home, because, truly, "there's
no place like home..."

Family Care Coordination Services:
This program provides case management for high-risk pregnant
women and children up to 5 years of age; postpartum/newborn home
visiting by an R.N.; and maternal outreach services.

Nutrition/WIC (Women, Infants & Children):
Nutrition services
are designed to keep residents healthy, fit and feeling fine.
Participants will be convinced that eating healthy is easy
whether they are a new mom, have special dietary needs, or just
want to feel their best.
WIC provides nutrition education, health care
referral, breastfeeding support and supplemental nutritious
foods to pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants
and children (under the age of five years old) who meet income
and medical guidelines.

Community
Health Services:
These services include Immunizations, Adult Primary Care, Migrant
Farmworker Program and other services for the protection of the
community's overall health.

Animal Control Section:
This section helps prevent the
spread of disease by assuring that the public is protected from
environmental disease spread by unvaccinated, dangerous, and/or
wild animals.

Health Promotion/Health Education:
This section provides health promotion and disease prevention
services at schools, worksites, and the community.

Environmental Health Division:
The principal function of this section is the prevention of
diseases by assuring that food and ground water consumed are
safe.
